Most of the Hirstglen broodmares are very successful yellow book horses who have between them, won many rides over the years.
They have passed their winning ways and amazing bloodlines to their progeny.

She is Dam to Hirstglen Madonna who is a recent export and has a gorgeous young foal in Hirstglen Chynook.

Nikira is Dam to the enormous Hirstglen Olympus who will be starting endurance this year.
The photo (bottom left) shows Olympus to the
left of his Dam. Bearing in mind she is 15.3hh, it gives an idea to the
size of some of the foals she has thrown.
In December 2008, she foaled the lovely Hirstglen Abbey (x Shuja Arragon) and she is currently in foal again.

Morgan has successfully completed 9 x 80km rides as well as a 120km.
She is Dam to some lovely coloured horses including, Hirstglen Cadillac Jack (Palomino) and Hirstglen Hidalgo (Paint) as well as Hirstglen Kompressor and Hirstglen Luther. She is proving to be a wonderful broodmare and we eagerly await starting some of her foals.

HIRSTGLEN MAVIS
Noel gave the lovely bay mare 'Mavis' to Tim and Jo as their first broodmare.
He already has a gorgeous, huge filly from her in Hirstglen Amazing Grace (x Warrior) and they look forward to her future offspring by Arragon.
Sadly
some beautiful mares have passed whilst their offspring continue to excel. These mares include Hirstglen Noeline, Gwendalin Twiggy and
Pepper Tree Candy - Dams to horses such as Zeppelin, Maybe, Zanadu,
Kezia and Sahara.
